Grafton Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing technology company seeking a Field Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team on a 3 month contract basis to support high-impact campaigns across EMEA - including a flagship event series that's shaping the future of enterprise technology.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Field Marketing Co-ordinator:
- Supporting operational tasks for a major international event series
- Managing waitlists and prioritising high-value registrations
- Coordinating with sponsoring partners to gather marketing collateral
- Creating promotional assets using Canva
- Delivering marketing materials to internal stakeholders
- Updating reports and preparing internal communications
What you'll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in marketing coordination, events, or campaign support
- Confidence using tools like Canva, Excel, and marketing platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- A proactive mindset and a passion for tech
