Lakeside Software is seeking a results-driven and collaborative Field Marketing Lead to support our EMEA marketing efforts under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about executing impactful marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in the EMEA market.


You will be responsible for localizing and executing marketing campaigns, managing regional events, and collaborating closely with Sales, Channel, and global Marketing team members to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach for marketing execution.

Requirements



Execute integrated marketing campaigns for EMEA, aligned with global strategy and tailored to regional needs Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to support pipeline generation and acceleration through targeted programs and events Manage EMEA-based events, webinars, and sponsorships, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes Localize global content and messaging to resonate with EMEA audiences and reflect market nuances Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI using tools such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms Serve as the voice of the EMEA market, providing insights and feedback to the global Marketing team to inform strategy and content development Support Partner marketing initiatives

Qualifications



5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the Software or Technology sector. Proven experience executing regional marketing campaigns and events in EMEA Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content localization Sufficient background in end-user computing / digital employee experience monitoring (DEX) to be able to properly engage with prospects at events Prior experience with digital employee experience (DEX) monitoring platforms required or end user computing (EUC) / monitoring vendor background experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences Comfortable working independently while collaborating across global teams. Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and event platforms A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to work
