Your role

We're looking for a hard-working and ambitious Field Marketing Executive who can support the marketing team with UK, Ireland and international marketing & event activities.

UK and Ireland are key growth markets for our business. This means we organise a lot of events that are digital and in-person for both prospects and customers including trade shows like Digital Accountancy Show and Accountex alongside smaller roundtables and online webinars using Zoom Events.

Platform gathers our growing international market. Our biggest markets are Canada, Denmark, Eastern Europe, South Africa and Portugal. For international, you will support ABM campaigns (1 to 1, 1 to few and 1 to many). The marketing channels will vary depending on the ABM program.

That means organising events with project boards on Monday.com, messaging, creatives, stakeholders and budgets will be a very important responsibility in this role, next to regular marketing campaigns to our audience of accounting practices in the region.

The location of work is the Silverfin London office next to Old Street Tube Station, while sometimes coordinating events (during office hours) outside the office.

As part of this journey, you'll be in sync with a fantastic team of 6 marketing team members in the UK and another 5 in the Benelux region. You'll report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for UKI and International Business. Your main focus region is UKI for the first 12 months as a maternity cover. You will also support the growth of our international markets, eventually spending more time on these ABM programs.

Your responsibilities



+ Coordinate events A-Z is a significant responsibility required for this role + This is a UKI-focused marketing role during the maternity cover and thus this type of work will always be present in your planning. Both for owned hosted events as well as sponsored 3rd party events. (to be clear this does not mean your physical presence is required at all events, it's more about the preparation and coordination ahead) Events will often form the momentum/capstone of your marketing campaigns.
+ Trade shows and roadshows being the most critical and time sensitive work with lead times of 6 months while simultaneously working on your other campaigns and projects.
+ The ability and experience to work under pressure and face deadlines that cannot move, because events happen on the dates communicated. They can't be pushed forward.
+ A portion of your work will be supporting the ABM programs of our international expansion of Platform. ABM will be more digitally driven. Creating micro websites, dedicated social and advertising campaigns and organising workshop roadshows for our fast growing markets and key accounts.
+ Coordination of events and ABM campaigns means also managing the budget and working with legal on reviewing agreements with event agencies, vendors, partners, venues, etc.
+ Working with playbooks, checklists, budget files and our project management tool called Monday.com, planning sheets, holding presentations to internal stakeholders, pitches, etc.
+ Finally have a creative mind but without sacrificing being very meticulous on maintaining documentation and project management skills. No concessions on this latter part can be made.
+ Ability to manage copy and value messaging
+ This is critical to know best practice in segmenting audiences and being able to write copy towards these audiences effectively across different channels including email, LinkedIn, paid media and more.
+ Need to have an eye for detail when editing and reviewing copy completed by other marketing team members as well as third party agencies
+ Deliver creativity in your work, while keeping in tune with our brand including Support successful execution of campaigns and projects identified for the region by the Senior Marketing Manager.
+ This includes: Manage the marketing budget for UKI and Platform with expenses and allocation of budget spendsCreating smaller bits of content for campaign activity e.g. landing pages; emails; blogs; social media posts; web pages; customer quotes and story points
+ Organising logistics and content for events e.g. webinars, roundtables; conferences, tradeshows, etc.
+ Monitoring social media platforms and managing replies, shares, and posts
+ Maintain campaign reporting and activity calendars for the team e.g. pipeline creation, campaign effectiveness, budget tracking, website performance, etc.
+ Working out requirements for data and execution of ABM campaigns with internal teamsCoordinate field marketing campaigns A-Z
+ Devise and create end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns including campaign strategy and all assets required (social posts, blogs, testimonials, webinars, videos, etc.)
+ Kick-off/ brief campaign to Sales, CS, and product stakeholdersDebrief & report campaign results to Sales, CS, and product stakeholders
+ Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
+ Manage external agencies for video content production, hosted event production, translation, stand building, copywriting, paid media, etc. (we keep a balance between insourcing & outsourcing marketing tasks depending on additional bandwidth or expertise needs.)
+ Hubspot
+ Set up landing pages, forms, workflows and submit mass emails Salesforce
+ Capable of working through dashboards and reports to effectively understand engagement with accounts and subsequent opportunity pipeline created through campaigns
+ Frequent syncs with sales, product, and customer success colleagues or managers in order to run campaigns/events with stakeholder buy-in

Experience and Qualifications



+ Bachelor/Master in Marketing + Proven B2B marketing experience (2y-5y).
