Based at our Marine Centre of Excellence in Weybridge the

Trade Marketing Executive EMEA International Representatives

willsupport the Trade Marketing Manager EMEA to develop trade marketing strategy for EMEA International Representatives in line with overall brand marketing strategy for Royal Caribbean International




Day to day contact with the sales team to supply all communications for their accounts as required including brand assets emails point of sale and any bespoke flyers/communications

Work closely with the sales team to ensure that central assets and collateral are being utilised by the trade partners and are implemented as per the brand guidelines

Support the EMEA Trade Marketing Manager and EMEA Sales team to implement and execute bespoke campaigns and marketing support for key accounts via online channels

To be a day-to-day contact for all relevant agencies: ie creative agency Trade Fulfilment distribution house Attend weekly all agency status calls and keep up to date with consumer marketing plans and activities that we can leverage and communicate to the Trade

Keep up to date with the competition activities in key markets and prepare monthly reports with keys initiatives and promotions

Support Planning & activation of new deployment announcements/GTM updates/toolkits

Develop and send out the EMEA weekly newsletter "Royal News of the Seas"

Write briefs as required for Supplier Tasks to ensure accountability & timelines are


provided/delivered


Manage translations with external vendors and with the EMEA markets to ensure adapted


collateral are delivered at highest standards


Support on the development and delivery of intensification campaigns in key markets

Support on developing artworks banners and branded merchandise for key markets and


events




Flash Sales & Promotion Campaigns



Ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the weekly flash sales and monthly campaigns including writing T&Cs briefing creative and delivering to trade partners through all touchpoints and channels



Email Communications & Hubspot



Own Weekly Trade Comms Plan (Social HTML) considering business focus and needs sharing across EMEA

Developing monitoring and adjusting email marketing strategy for EMEA markets with the goal of increasing trade partner engagement and creative delivery of key messages

Build and deployment of Focus Product Deployment & Personalised Trade Comms

Weekly reporting and analysis of email performance

Copywriting responsibilities across HTML & Social

Trade Database general housekeeping performance & development plan for segmentation



Trade Social Media



Developing monitoring and adjusting trade social media activation

Create weekly industry leading and innovative social media content communicating brand USPs and destination to share with the EMEA markets

Working closely with creative agency to bring all content including video content to life Regular reporting and analysis of social performance adjusting processes accordingly to respond to report findings and EMEA markets' feedback



QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION





This individual should be university educated in a relevant subject or have equivalent experience in marketing

Creativity with an eye for design

Knowledge of Adobe Suite would be considered a plus

Calm under pressure

Flexible in working hours and travel

Ability to understand and support cultural sensitivities in EMEA markets


Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with dealing with internal and external partners Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


Additional languages a plus (ideally Portuguese) Digital skills are also of utmost importance to success in this role including:

HTML & Email Building Capacity

Social Media Skills

Google Analytics

Hubspot and CRM experience

Website CMS experience
