We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Marketing Manager

to lead and execute regional marketing programs across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with a proven track record in planning and delivering

high-touch executive experiences

,

regional field events

,

large-scale conferences

, and

channel-led marketing programs

. You will be in tight alignment with EMEA sales teams, acting as a trusted partner and marketing advisor while working closely with all regional sales, channels, and marketing leadership to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen brand presence in key markets.

Here's what you'll do




Develop and execute

integrated field marketing plans aligned to regional sales priorities and EMEA go-to-market strategy. Plan and manage

executive-level engagements

(C-level roundtables, private dinners, bespoke experiences) that drive influence with target accounts. Lead

regional field events

that could include roadshows, lunch & learns, workshops, and customer meetups that drive pipeline creation and account expansion. Manage

third-party events and large-scale conferences

from sponsorship planning to onsite execution, ensuring strong brand visibility and lead generation. Collaborate with

channel partners

to co-develop and execute joint marketing programs that drive partner-influenced pipeline. Own event strategy, budget, logistics, and post-event reporting to measure impact and continuously optimize. Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, and SDR teams to align messaging and campaign execution. Localize global campaigns and content for regional relevance and effectiveness.

Here's what you'll need




5+ years of B2B marketing experience

with a strong focus on field, event, and partner marketing in the EMEA region. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven success delivering a variety of event formats: executive events, field programs, trade shows, and partner co-marketing. Experience working with enterprise and/or high-growth SaaS or tech companies is highly preferred. Experience setting up and managing webinars, in-person and virtual events Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and programs simultaneously and all its deliverables. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically - balancing creative vision with results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-cultural, multi-country environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global team environment. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, PowerPoint (or G-suite equivalent), Marketo, JIRA Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed (~20-30%).

Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
