We are recruiting for a
Field Product Manager
to support our legacy EP portfolio, assisting the field team with operational marketing requirements to ensure the achievement of EP divisional goals, across UK, Ireland and Nordics.
What you'll do?
Support and maintain marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales
Support implementation of marketing campaigns & materials to maximize product adoption
Support regular analysis of market data for UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland & Iceland team; monitor and report on activities
Provide input to and implementation of strategic & operating plan strategies & tactics
Provide input to the management of customer events
Provide input to the preparation, targeting, launch and performance measurement for new products
Compile information regarding monitoring and evaluating customer satisfaction, product evaluation, surveys and opinion
Regular interaction with the Education Department as well as EMEA Product Marketing to ensure visibility and seamless integration of activities
Prepare marketing activity reports and product forecasting
Liaise regularly with marketing manager to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make adjustments as necessary to address evolving business requirements
Facilitates cross-divisional interaction to support the development and implementation of optimal cross-divisional solutions
What you'll need:
Degree educated
Diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing preferred but not essential, ideally alongside prior product management experience
Experience of a customer-facing role dealing with HCP's within the field of EP, ideally with some prior sale/commercial exposure
Understanding of EP market drivers and development of market environment
Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and media management products
Self-driven and results orientated
Strong at data analysis and leveraging insights
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
Good time management and organisational skills
Willingness to travel (c.50% of the time), across the region, ideally living close to a major airport
