We're a successful family-run electrical and property maintenance business based just outside York. Known for our high standards and professional, friendly approach, we help homeowners, landlords, and commercial clients across Yorkshire keep their properties safe, compliant, and well looked after.

There are hundreds of families and businesses out there who need our help -- and we're looking for someone who's ready to get on the phone and find them.

We need a confident, proactive Field Sales Associate who's driven to seek out opportunities and turn conversations into long-term relationships. This is a role for a sales hunter -- someone who's naturally curious, unafraid to ask questions, and knows how to follow up with care.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively reaching out to homeowners, landlords and local businesses

Following up on quotes, leads and lapsed clients

Visiting businesses to build relationships and understand client needs

Keeping our pipeline active, organised and up to date

Representing the business professionally at networking events and local forums

Feeding back insights and helping shape how we sell as we grow

What You'll Need

Proven experience in sales or business development (especially outbound)

Excellent people skills -- professional, personable, and persuasive

A hunter mindset -- proactive, determined, and goal-focused

Basic IT/CRM skills and a good level of written communication

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage allowance paid)

24,000-27,000 salary based on experience, plus performance bonus
