About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a

Field Sales & Customer Account Executive

, covering Scotland and the North of England. This is a customer-facing role ideally suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being on the move, and shares our deep enthusiasm for the outdoors.

The role involves developing and supporting a broad range of accounts, from independent outdoor retailers and adventure centres to blue light and public sector contract customers.

You'll also represent our brands at trade shows and exhibitions, supporting the setup and breakdown of stands, and meeting both current and prospective clients.

This is a hands-on, field-based role that will suit someone with genuine energy, commitment, and an understanding of what makes great outdoor gear truly essential.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of customers across your region Identify new opportunities and bring new accounts into the business Represent the brand at trade shows and events, including setup and takedown Work closely with internal departments (sales, production, accounts) to ensure customer satisfaction Understand customer needs and provide product guidance and support Act as a brand ambassador communicating our values, heritage, and product strengths with clarity and enthusiasm
About You

A genuine passion for the outdoors is essential be it hillwalking, climbing, trail running, or wild camping Self-motivated and highly organised with a strong sense of responsibility Comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers from small retailers to multi-agency organisations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential Willing to travel throughout the region, with occasional overnight stays Ideally based in Scotland or Northern England for effective regional coverage
