JOB START DATE : THURSDAY 15th January with 2 day remote induction training.

We require resiliant individuals aged 18 and over who are prepared to cold call on customers doors throughout Belfast, Greater Belfast, Craigavon and MId Ulster Areas working in the energy sector. We offer a basic salary of 23140 with attendance bonus payable weekly of 40 bringing base annual salary to 25000.

With OTE pay can climb further to 27k on pay as you go products and 45 with direct debit products

We can also offer part time position provided you can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week on a pro rata basis. (Part-Time Positions require a minimum of 4 hours work daily between 11 am and 7 pm). There is also an opportunity to earn bonus which will effectively pay you for a full time shift of 8 hours providing you hit a specified target whilst working part-time. Salary and Bonuses are paid weekly! T&Cs apply.

Duties:

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI's through performing a certain number of Face to Face visits assigned individually to you. Delivering excellent Customer Service by speaking in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them. Effectively communicating to customers in relation to our product and answer any questions they might have by referring to information provided. Flexibility with a need to travel to different postcodes throughout the region Adhering to all aspects of quality and compliance required to deliver a quality service

Salary: 23140 per Year plus Attendance Bonus 40 per week and commission OTE 27K

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Saturday Working (Either work 5 days over working week or choose 6 if available)
Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Valid driving license although not essential will help with the role
- Proficiency in English and IT
- Effective time management
- Organisational skills

These dates are usually on a Thursday All Day and Friday Half Day. All candidates must be be available to commit over the two days. INDUCTION WHICH IS HELD REMOTELY VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS - applicants must commit to the TWO days. Inductions are held Thursday 10am to 4 pm and Friday 10 am to 1 pm.
