The Role: What You'll Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals with decision-makers.
Sell a market-leading FinTech solution--an absolute no-brainer for customers in Hospitality, Retail, Health & Beauty, QSR, and Fast Food sectors.
Engage directly with clients through face-to-face meetings, pitches, and follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with key business owners and decision-makers.
Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth handover to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
? Sales experience - 6+ months in business development, field sales, recruitment, or lead generation. (Selling into hospitality, retail, coffee shops, or similar industries is a huge plus!)
? Resilient & Money-Motivated - You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
? Confident Communicator - You can pitch, negotiate, and close deals in person.

About The Role
The Role
Prospecting & Closing: Identify and engage potential clients
Client Meetings: Visit and pitch to decision-makers across Hospitality, Retail, Coffee Shops, Health & Wellness, QSR, and Fast-Food outlets.
Lead Qualification: Use the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and report sales progress using our CRM
Field Sales Execution: Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, demonstrating the value of our FinTech solution.
Required Criteria
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or lead generation.
Comfortable and confident on the phone, this role is heavily telesales-based.
