You'll attend
pre-qualified appointments
with homeowners and landlords, assess ventilation issues, explain solutions clearly, and carry out
simple servicing tasks
such as filter changes and visual checks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Interaction
Attend pre-booked appointments
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Explain pricing and options clearly (no hard sell)
Follow up quotes and convert enquiries
Update job notes and outcomes using a mobile app
Communicate clearly with the office team
What We're Looking For
Confident and professional communicator
Comfortable in a customer-facing sales role
Reliable and organised
Full UK driving licence
Basic IT skills (email / mobile apps)
Sales, property or trade experience helpful but not essential.
