Trainee Field Sales Executives
to join ourdoor-to-door promotions team
.The Role
This is a
face-to-face, door-to-door role
where you'll be speaking with homeowners, introducing our products, and generating interest for free, no-obligation surveys. You won't be expected to close sales, your job is to spark interest and book appointments for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling door-to-door in targeted areas Engaging with homeowners and explaining our products/offers Generating qualified appointments for the field sales team Representing The Converters Group in a professional, friendly manner
What We're Looking For
Confident, outgoing personality Resilient and positive -- comfortable knocking doors and handling rejection Self-motivated and target-driven Good communication skills and enthusiasm No previous experience required -- full training given
What We Offer
