Job Description
Due to the success and rapid growth of the Omnia TerraMap service, we are seeking a number of Scanner Operators across the UK and Scotland. Working in the field alongside our agronomy teams, you will carry out the raw data scans and soil sampling used to produce nutrient and texture maps for farmers. This is a full-time permanent role.
The Role:
In-field mapping of UK agricultural soils using specialist scanning equipment. Maintaining good contact with farmers prior, during and after the service has been carried out. Maintain regular contact with the logistics team. To keep online tracking documentation up to date and accurate. Properly maintain and use equipment provided Overnight stays possible when required.
The Person:
You must have a clean full UK Driving licence. You must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone. Should be flexible when it comes to start and finish times and long days are possible. Innovative problem solver. Strong IT skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail whilst working under pressure. Able to meet deadlines. Agricultural experience desirable.

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
