SWL Healthcare is looking to recruit a Field Service Maintenance Engineer/Installer to primarily cover Scotland and North of England. You will ideally be located in the Glasgow- Edinburgh corridor.
The Job
The role will involve working to a planned schedule of service and maintenance jobs at the primary clients premises and perform pre-installations, small installations, corrective and reactive maintenance activity.
Our Expectations
You will have experience in mechanical and electrical/electronics service and maintenance.
You will have experience in working with plastics and small electric tools.
Candidates much show the ability to learn.
Perform training, both internally and externally where needed.
Complete daily service reports accurately.
Actively promote SWL Healthcare solutions to our customers, improving the up time of the systems in addition to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Work in partnership with the sales teams to assist with sales revenue targets and revenue growth.
Travel around the assigned area, and UK with time spent away depending on location
Possible requirement to travel globally.
Basic electrical knowledge would be a benefit.
A clear enhanced DBS record will be required
You must have a full clean driving licence.
General skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to technically assess situations and issues, and proactively advise on solutions.
Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively.
IT literate
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility is crucial as some of our jobs are in response to breakdowns and overnight stays away will be required.
