Job Role: Mobile Service Engineer (Agricultural/Horticultural Machinery)
Location: Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire (accepting applications from surrounding counties)
Salary: xc2xa330,000-xc2xa342,000 base, OTE xc2xa345,000-xc2xa350,000+
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17:00 + Overtime @ 1.5x up to 48 hours, anything over paid @ 2x

Interaction Technical have partnered with a growing, market leading dealer of Agricultural Engineering Equipment based in the Gloucestershire area to support the growth of their engineering team. Due to the growth of the business, our client is now looking to add an electromechanical field engineer in and around the Cirencester area to maintain, repair and service an array of Agricultural machinery.The package:
xc2xb7 30 days holiday including bank holidays - increasing with service
xc2xb7 All overtime after 39 hours paid at 1.5X, anything over 48 hours paid at 2X
xc2xb7 Plenty of overtime available per week throughout the whole year (average availability is 15-20 hours)
xc2xb7 Ongoing commitment to training and progression
xc2xb7 Pension scheme - 3% employee minimum, 8% employer
xc2xb7 Company van, Fuel Card
xc2xb7 All Travel Time during call outs, Expenses paid from home to/from site.
xc2xb7 A fantastic Earning Potential with scope to progressThe Duties:
xc2xb7 Accurately diagnosing faults, servicing and carrying out emergency repairs/breakdowns on agricultural machinery (tractors, combiners, Bailers etc)
xc2xb7 Travel to customer sites to ensure all machinery is maintained and repaired to the highest quality.
xc2xb7 Carry out diagnostics to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery
xc2xb7 The ability to work independently within the customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation and the perfect solution is offered.
xc2xb7 Working on engines, batteries and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
xc2xb7 Liaising with clients to diagnose faults and find solutions for them.The Requirements:
xc2xb7 Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
xc2xb7 Previous experience working within the Agricultural industry experience (advantageous)
xc2xb7 Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience (advantageous)
xc2xb7 Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous)
xc2xb7 Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
