Job Role: Field Service Engineer
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa337,000 base salary (OTE \xc2\xa344,000+)
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00 + Door to Door Paid + Overtime @ 1.5x
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Duties:
\xc2\xb7 To attend breakdowns, service and installations on an array of industrial cleaning equipment, operating in a 30 mile radius of your area.
\xc2\xb7 The use of manual hand tools (Spanners, Screwdrivers), electrical hand tools (powered drills, grinders), lifting equipment (lifting slangs, hoists etc), Hot working tools (Blowtorch, heat guns)
\xc2\xb7 To carry out electrical, electronic, mechanical fault finding and repairs on industrial cleaning equipment, IG Engines (Petrol, Diesel, LPG).
\xc2\xb7 To manage your time effectively to ensure work is carried out to a high standard in a timely manner.
\xc2\xb7 Update job reports and order parts when necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Health & Safety Procedures are followed

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Electrical, Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience would be advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 A good level of electrical or mechanical knowledge, similar roles could include plant engineer, maintenance engineer, hydraulic engineer, pneumatic engineer, mechanical fitter.

\xc2\xb7 Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering- not essential but would be an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Experience using electrical & mechanical tools.

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience as a mechanical, electrical or field based engineer. Any experience surrounding Industrial Batteries, IC Engines or Industrial floor cleaning would be advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Full UK Drivers License
