About the Role



You'll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment across both field and workshop environments. This is a customer-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new products and applications.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll bring problem-solving ability, diligence, and a safety-first approach, taking ownership of issues through to successful resolution. The role involves outdoor work, UK-wide travel, and regular overnight stays -- ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on engineering in varied environments.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain, diagnose (including fault finding) and repair a wide range of equipment in both field and workshop environments.

Follow health and safety protocols at all times. Operate company vehicles safely and complete regular checks. Complete paperwork and digital reports accurately and on time. Represent Cura Terrae Water professionally on client sites and during fieldwork. Ensure the safe use of tools and equipment in line with company policies. Work flexibly to adapt to changing work schedules and travel demands.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in the water industry, with hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, maintenance and repair. Experience of maintenance, calibration, fault finding and repairs on various types of instrumentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through to timely resolution. Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems. Practical experience using tools to assemble and repair equipment. Strong appreciation of health and safety requirements. Willingness to work away from home and adapt to changing schedules. A full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
