Position: Field Service Engineer
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 + Overtime
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Shift Pattern: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday

Interaction has partnered up with a well-established HGV and light vehicle dealer in Peterborough. My client is looking for skilled technicians to join the team. This field based position, performing maintenance and repairs from heavy goods vehicles, vans and trailers.
The Role:
- Service, maintain and repair a range of fleet vehicles
- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to DVSA standards
- Ensure work is completed and relevant compliance is filled out (job cards, service sheets, etc)
- Complete MOT Prep ensuring the vehicles are road safe
- Work as a team to complete inspections
- Follow Health and Safety to comply with legislation and company procedures
- Hold relevant qualifications \xe2\x80\x93 NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Mechanics
- Minimum 2 years working in a similar position
- A full UK driving license and C+E must be held
- The ability to work using your own initiative and as a team
- A keen eye for detail
