Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the field. You will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment is functioning optimally and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at client sites. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed. Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use of equipment. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to our products.

Skills

Strong technical aptitude with experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to equipment servicing. A valid driving licence is required for travel to client locations. However travel will be required. You must have a passport, and have necessary nationality or visa to travel within Europe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
