Field Service Engineer
Scotland - Central Belt (Glasgow to Edinburgh)
c.30k + car + bonus
Are you a Service Engineer with experience in the office equipment industry?
This is a great opportunity to join our client's leading technology company as a Field Service Engineer. If you have experience working within the Print Management industry, with an electronic or mechanical background, then this could be the job for you!
Duties include:
- Perform preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis to find any problems or faults that need repairing.
- Install equipment and ensure customers are satisfied and offer any support and advice on the products.
- Manage the stock levels of your equipment to ensure all jobs can be carried out there and then.
- Respond to all calls and repair requests before visiting sites to minimise wasted journeys, as well as prioritising jobs.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of products by carrying out own research and education.
- Any other duties required.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Strong technical and IT skills along with a background in electronics or mechanics.
- Experience working with HP or Ricoh devices.
- Experience working to KPI's.
