The Role:

They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will repair office printers and photocopiers, adhering to service level agreements and ensuring 100% accuracy in managing tools and parts. While prior experience in break/fix, preventative maintenance, and installation of IT equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• You will repair office printers and photocopiers
• Perform preventive maintenance services
• Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware
• Install self-service technology kiosks
• Maintain Smart Locker systems
• Manage Car Parking & Access Control Systems
• Update call progress through a smart device

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous work experience with Office printer / photo copier
• Strong technical aptitude
• Outstanding customer service acumen
• Utilise tools to resolve 95% of issues promptly

Good to have:

• EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems
• Smart locker technologies
• Vending technologies
• Retail operations
• Self-service and scanning technologies
