We are currently looking for a
Field Services Technician
to join our team.
This role will involve working on-site at our office in Hemel Hempstead assembling and maintaining our health stations, as well as time in the field delivering, installing, and maintaining our fleet of stations.
This role would suit a technician with some previous experience, or someone with a good understanding of engineering principles who is keen to learn and develop their skills.
About the role
Assemble, install, and maintain our fleet of leased health stations (regular UK travel required).
Deliver, install, and maintain health stations on client sites.
Liaise with clients on-site to explain the purpose of visits, answer basic queries, and escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate SiSU team.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO 13485:2016), including completion of installation, maintenance, and incident reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
About you
We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will enjoy a role that combines hands-on technical work with client interaction.
The ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes is essential to ensure compliance with our quality framework.
There will be opportunities to expand your skills by contributing to quality management and engineering projects.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe.
