FloFuel Support ltd design and manufacture aircraft refuelling vehicles on a global basis for major airports. We also carry out on site servicing, repairs & calibration of all refuelling equipment across the UK and Ireland for commercial and private airfields

The role will suit candidates from a Mechanical Engineering background who will be working in a field-based position with frequent travelling and stay away. This role would particularly suit candidates from a plant engineering background, ex-forces, HGV or similar. You will also be required to complete a medical and confined space training to facilitate tank entry inspection and cleaning. You must also be happy to complete DBS background checks as security clearances will be required to gain entry to most sites.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for carrying out service and maintenance on aircraft re-fuelling systems on airfields across the UK and Ireland. This will involve working with pneumatics, basic hydraulics, filters changes, meter calibration and some electrical work.

The role is predominantly field based, and you can expect to be away from home Regularly, You will be paid for any night spent away and any work carried out after your contract 40 hours will be paid at a premium rate.

In addition to this, when required, you will also be expected to support the manufacturing teams at Our Witney factory to assemble and test equipment before it is sent to site. You will be responsible for a full functionality checks, calibration and Pre delivery inspections
