The Role

As a Field Services Operative (ITAD), your primary focus will be on offsite work at client locations, including general collections.

You will be responsible for attending client sites to perform tasks such as IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) processing and on-site data wiping. In addition, you will be required to perform service delivery collections when needed. From time to time, you will also provide support across various departments within the warehouse team.

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - start times are variable - early starts are required as well as overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Service Delivery on customer site role Travel to customer sites in and around the UK Asset scanning Onsite data wiping. Basic logistics assistance, picking and packing Use of Circle asset management system (training to be provided) Configure computers Data entry and erasing Ensuring that all units are data safe before leaving the building Diagnosing and repairing faults where possible Other duties as required by the company.

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence Existing knowledge of Enterprise equipment and ITAD processing desirable Basic IT knowledge Basic understanding of IT equipment (Charging equipment, components, trouble shooting) Willingness for overnight stays Manual handling Good house keeping Good attention to detail whilst having the ability to work under pressure Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual Flexible Team player Good work ethic
The successful candidate will be based at our Cannock site and live within a good commuting distance from that. There will be some travel to customer sites in this role so flexibility on hours and travel is essential. There will be occasional requirement of overnight stays.
