Job Description

Overview


Lead and manage a team of telecommunications technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication systems, completion of documentation and health & safety compliance.

Duties



Overseeing & Co-Ordinating on-site operations Ensuring work is completed as per planned schedules Monitor the quality of build and service delivery Schedule work and manage team performance Implement safety protocols and manage safety compliance Co-ordinate with project managers on work related matters Manage client/customer escalations to a satisfactory conclusion

Qualifications and Experience needed for role:



Essential



NRSWA Unit 01 & S1 Asbestos Awareness First Aid SA001 SA002 K008 IPAF

Desirable



Problem solving Leadership Performance management Decision making Effective communication Adaptability

Skills & Knowledge criteria:



Essential



Knowledge of MDU Build Knowledge of CAPMAN workstream Fibre Knowledge Health & Safety Awareness

Desirable



Leadership skills Managing Performance Problem solving Openreach, City Fibre, Virgin Media build knowledge PIA works
