Field Support Engineer - Field Based

Location: Bradford or surrounding area and have the flexibility to travel long distances.

Salary: Starting from 28,300

This is a full time, permanent role - 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Support Engineer to join our dynamic Field Service Engineering team. If you enjoy hands-on work, travelling to different locations, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction, this role could be the perfect fit.

You'll be responsible for:

Supporting with planned maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vending machines at customer sites. Assisting with updates, descales, filter changes, installations, and equipment modifications. Recording service activities using our bespoke systems and tools. Managing your own stock of spare parts, ensuring efficient usage and timely reordering. Communicating with our internal service desk to ensure seamless call management and resolution. Attending training sessions and identifying any additional training needs. Flexibly supporting the wider service department in response to evolving priorities. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards while maintaining a professional presence on-site.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a field-based engineering or maintenance role is ideal (vending, catering, or similar industries a plus). Comfortable with national travel and occasional overnight stays. A practical, hands-on individual with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate service records. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Full UK driving licence required.
