The Field Lead position works closely with the Site Manager and Planner to safely execute the daily operations. Ability to lead and guide the operators is essential. Seen as the go to person with the highest standards, with a can do attitude! Must also be willing to work where required around the UK.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the team work to the highest safety standard
Deliver all contractual obligations going above and beyond what the client wants
Manage the team during new jobs or emergency jobs
Inspire the team and create an atmosphere where everyone looks forward to work
Celebrate successes and learn from losses thoroughly
Grow the Watermaiden vision and culture
Hold the team to account on deliverables
Essential requirements
Highest approach to safety

Computer competency (use word, excel, outlook etc)
Full UK driving licence
Desirable skills and qualifications
Safety qualification (CSCS, LPS, Safety Passport, SSSTS etc.)
Experience using pumps (diesel, electric, hydraulic)
Flange bolting experience
Plant maintenance experience
Operations experience
Heavy plant qualifications (Forklift, crane, excavators etc.)
Rigging and slinging
Civils
Industrial vessel cleaning
Supervision
Engineering background

This job position is extremely flexible in days and hours worked. Individual drive, motivation and ability to make decisions are a must. Since these qualities and the role are demanding, the rewards are proportional.
