Our Corporate Risk - Pre Litigation Casualty team are looking for a File Handling Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role where you would be required to attend our office, 1 day per week - Tuesday. The Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support the pre-lit casualty claims handling teams.

Key Accountabilities





To pro-actively assist the pre-lit teams with a variety of tasks including: + Monitoring MOJ Portal
+ Monitoring inboxes
+ Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets
+ Completing new claim actions
+ Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks
+ Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and email
+ Raising low value payments
+ Assisting with training as and when required
+ Onboarding run-off work on various projects
+ Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD
Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system Comply with set client SLA's Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard


Experience, Skills and Qualifications





12 months relevant admin / claims support experience Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills Good communication & telephone skills Able to use Excel Excellent client care and customer service skills Ability to manage volume workload via task management Ability to work as a team and independently
