PA - International Film (Hybrid)

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a degree standard PA with a mix of business and private experience within the film industry. Mainly hybrid but visiting the office when required sometimes one or twice a week.

Happy to join a team (Senior EA & Private EA) to support this well know person in the industry in a fast paced and sometimes demanding role. A background in film, digital media, content of publishing is needed and an overall understanding of the culture and demands of being on set.

Degree standard, 2 years+ experience providing administrative support & proficient in G Suite is needed

Extensive diary management and event schedule, fielding calls, arranging meetings, booking rooms and preparation of materials. Assist with note taking and follow ups. Attending on set when required. You will be able to travel for extended period during film making if needed.

Strong English skills both written and spoken, confident at liaising at all levels. Top communication skills and happy to work in a dedicated and very supportive team. Total discretion always adhered to, loyal and hardworking.

You will be hungry to succeed in this role as it is an unbelievable opportunity for a dedicated PA with much to offer. The Principal is much respected in the industry and enjoys giving people a chance.

Someone who is health conscious and aware and happy to support out of hours when needed and travel on location. Top role not to be underestimated.
