Job Overview

We're looking for a sharp, organised, and creative

Film Producer Intern

to help bring short-form social media content to life. You'll be responsible for managing the

end-to-end production process

-- from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating shoots. We'll support you with script ideas, editors, and creative direction, but you'll take the lead on executing the vision.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of producing while working on real-world digital content across platforms like

TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

What You'll Do

Create and manage production budgets

for short-form video projects

Plan and schedule shoots

(locations, timing, talent coordination)

Source locations, props, and crew

(where needed) Handle

permits, releases, and logistical requirements

Oversee shoots and ensure content is delivered on time and on brief Collaborate with internal team on scripts, edits, and creative vision Keep projects on track from pre-production through post-production Ensure all content is optimized for social media platforms (formats, pacing, etc.)
Ideal Candidate

Passion for content creation and film production Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator and team collaborator Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Basic understanding of budgeting and shoot logistics Familiarity with short-form content and current social media trends Bonus: Some hands-on experience producing video content (even student or personal work)
