Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing products to high-quality standards, ensuring all finishing processes are executed efficiently and accurately. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and must be able to seal, snag and finish to a very high standard.

Duties

Apply finishing touches to bespoke homes and have a very good finish and a good eye for detail. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair components as required Inspect finished items for defects or imperfections and perform necessary corrections Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse storage areas Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency Document completed work and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications

Proficiency in using hand tools such as sanders, files, screwdrivers, and pliers Experience with power tools used in finishing processes is desirable Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify defects or inconsistencies Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
