About Us
CarePlus Health Group is a growing independent pharmacy group operating across the north west, dedicated to providing high-quality community healthcare services. As our business expands, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to oversee day-to-day financial operations and support the Director with smooth financial control across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile purchase invoices, supplier statements, and NHS payments
Maintain and update accounting systems (Xero/QuickBooks/Sage)
Prepare VAT information and liaise with our external accountants
Support monthly payroll preparation (hours, adjustments, bonuses)
Monitor and manage supplier payments and cash flow
Produce internal financial reports and assist with budget tracking
Keep financial files, receipts, and records well-organised (digital and paper)
What We're Looking For
AAT Level 3/4 or strong bookkeeping experience
Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail finance
Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and initiative
Able to work both independently and as part of a small head office team
