Job Title: Finance & Administration Officer



Job Type: Part-time, permanent

Location: Hybrid Remote (Wymondham Area)

Hours: 25 per month

Salary: 12.50/hour

We are looking for a professional, organised, and self-motivated person to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly invoices for parents, the termly applications to organisations for the children's funding, liaising with childcare voucher companies with regards to parent registration and payments, and ensuring essential records are kept up to date.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Maintain client, sales and purchasing records on accounting software

Create and process invoices

Process EY funding claims

Keep a record of out of school club bookings

Monthly bank reconciliations

Collate timesheet information and process Monthly Payroll

Set up bank payments for authorisation

Maintain a mailing list of clients

Correspondence with clients as required

Assist Treasurer as required

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Essential:

GCSE A-C Grade or equivalent in Mathematics

Bookkeeping experience

Excellent communication skills

Excellent IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office and working online

Ability to organise scheduled work and work independently

Reliable and dependable

Desirable:

Bookkeeping Qualification

Experience with Xero Accounting Software

All successful applicants will be subject to reference checks and an enhanced DBS check.
