We are seeking a

Finance Administration Supervisor

to work

Monday to Friday

, day shift, with flexibility required during peak periods for additional hours. We offer a salary in the range of 32,000.00 to 37,859.36 commensurate with experience. Candidates with strong, demonstrable experience and proven capability in a finance administration supervisory role will be considered for the higher end of the salary band.

Function


============



Lead and support the transactional finance team in a fast-paced logistics environment by ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant financial processes, while acting as a key liaison across departments and reporting to the Financial Controllers and Accounting Manager.


Key tasks:




Supervise and assist with the day-to-day activities of the finance admin team (4 staff), including: Production of weekly and monthly client invoices to include all relevant supporting documentation Processing and checking purchase invoices in invoicing system (Easy systems & SAP), GL coding and chasing for approvals Downloading invoices/statements from portals and sending to the central invoice team Reconciling supplier statements Managing central inboxes (AP & AR) to respond to any queries Credit Control - monitoring customer account balances and reviewing the aged receivables report, chasing/escalating where necessary Track and reconcile company credit card transactions Monitoring the expenses process, consolidating each month and sending to payroll Being responsible as the line manager for the members of the finance admin team. Act as the escalation point for finance admin queries from suppliers, customers, and internal teams (eg operations, procurement, facilities, etc). Monitor the admin teams performance and workload, helping to develop team skills and improve efficiency Assist with the preparation of month-end close, including reconciliations and ledger reviews. Ensure accurate and timely processing in line with internal controls and finance deadlines. Support continuous improvement in transactional finance processes. Maintain and update procedures and work instructions. Liaise with Financial Controllers and Accounting Manager to escalate issues and suggest solutions. Any additional responsibilities as necessary.




Profile

Solid experience in accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Confident communicator with team leadership potential Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Professional, reliable, and discreet with financial data Working towards AAT or a similar qualification (support may be offered) is a plus Experience in logistics or high-volume environments (desirable)
