About the role
In this role, you'll take ownership of invoicing across a variety of revenue streams, from maintenance and installation & commissioning projects to more complex client requirements. You'll learn the ins and outs of our invoicing processes, help maintain accurate records, and ensure everything is completed on time and to the highest standard. Alongside invoicing, you'll also support with wider accounting activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal postings, giving you exposure across the full finance function.

Location and working hours:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD)
Essential skills and attributes:
Grade 6/B or above in GCSE English and Maths.
Intermediate Level Excel skills.
Familiar with Sage 200 or similar SME level Accounting system.
Experience within a similar role.
Additional skills and experience:
Understanding of Basic Internal Controls within a Sales Accounting/Admin environment.
Organised, deadline orientated approach.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of continuous improvement
Experience of high volume, billing environment
