We specialise in handling end-to-end solutions for our clients; this includes building Shopify stores, producing merchandise & media, managing fulfilment and global shipping for online orders, along with touring support and customer service.

Role Overview



In this finance-based role, you'll play a key part in our daily operations, supporting and ideally taking control, with time, from the director with regards to various financial and administrative functions. The role is dynamic and multifaceted - on any given day you might be invoicing one of many clients for one of many services we offer, processing and managing expenses on QBO, chasing payments, reconciling, budgeting or purchasing.

Key Responsibilities



General support to Director Research, implement and improve automation, systems, processes and customer experience Raise and issue invoices in QBO Check pricing and reports in Excel Proactively chase debtors Sales, purchase and nominal ledgers in QBO P&L and balance sheet management/reports in QBO Check, gather & process expenses with associated invoices/receipts in QBO Journals in QBO Credit control Bank reconciliations in QBO Manage and store information/documentation in Dropbox Communications with clients, suppliers and end-consumers by email or phone Cross-role support in times of need!

Candidate Requirements



Experience & knowledge:



Recognised accounting qualification (e.g. BSc Hons, AAT) or equivalent experience in a 1-2 year+ financial role is mandatory Experience with Excel (vLookups and pivot tables), Quickbooks Online and Dropbox is necessary Experience of the e-commerce/fulfilment/logistics industries would help you understand company mechanics/rate cards Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Linnworks) and Shopify helps but isn't mandatory Understanding of VAT rules for cross-border transactions and international customers would be helpful

We're looking for someone who's willing to roll up their sleeves and is eager to help, even if it means packing orders in the warehouse.

Salary & Benefits



Salary:

28,000 - 32,000 per annum

, depending on skill set and experience

Employment type:

Permanent, in-office, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-5)
