We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Corporate Services team and play a key role in supporting the financial processes that underpin our accreditation and operational activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid finance administration experience who is organised, proactive, and confident managing structured financial workflows. Full training will be provided on our internal systems.
What You'll Do
Raise invoices accurately and in line with company processes
Track outstanding payments and follow up with centres professionally and promptly
Log payments received and update financial records in a timely manner
Maintain and update financial documentation for accreditation records and audits
Monitor and manage the finance inbox, responding to routine queries and escalating when required
Support the reconciliation of records between finance and accreditation systems (not including banking or VAT responsibilities)
Assist with preparing finance-related reports and internal documentation
Provide general administrative support across the Corporate Services team
About You
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance administration or bookkeeping role
AAT Level 2 (or equivalent) essential
Confident raising invoices, logging payments, and managing financial records
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Able to follow structured processes accurately and consistently
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using Xero is advantageous
A proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach to supporting colleagues
