About the Role
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator
to support our financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, managing payroll, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day finance administration. This role offers flexible part-time hours with some regular in-office days required.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records using Xero accounting software
Process daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Administer and process payroll accurately and on time
Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts regularly
Person Specification
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
Friendly, approachable, and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
Confident using and learning new software tools
Must have experience using Xero
Experienced in payroll management and financial administration
Hours & Flexibility
This is a part-time position, offering between 16 and 22 hours per week. Working hours can be arranged flexibly across the week, subject to business needs and mutual agreement. Some on-site work will be required for meetings and financial processing tasks.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager.
