Here in Cambridge, our small, friendly team consists of editorial, sales, and administrative professionals. As Finance Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operations of the finance department, providing crucial, onsite support to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing financial correspondence into the group mailboxes
Processing invoices & staff expenses for payment.
Maintaining spreadsheet tracking records.
Data entry into proprietary accounting platform
Recording data for the month-end accounts
Maintaining the accounts filing systems.
Providing administrative support to the team
Contributing to projects for continuous improvement of internal processes.
Assist with office events organisation.
Requirements
Do you have office based experience or similar qualifications? The Office Administrator should be numerate and detail-orientated with competency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word.
