Finance Team
, you will support the financial operations of our
7 regional offices across Scotland
. RentLocally is a growing
franchise and partnership-based letting agency

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end debt management process, including tracking outstanding payments, initiating debt recovery actions.
Communicate effectively with tenants regarding overdue payments, resolve queries, and maintain positive relationships.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and comply with data protection regulations.
Process tenant payments accurately, allocate funds appropriately.
Generate reports on debt status, analyse data to identify trends and risks, and provide insights for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt recovery and tenant rights.
Collaborate landlords and business partners to address complex debt issues and prevent future delinquencies.
Continuously improve debt management processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
Logging deposits to Safe Deposit Scotland within deadlines every month and dealing with any deposit return disputes.
Managing the central Finance teams mailbox every day
Dealing with all landlords bills (Invoices, Council Tax, Energy bill ect)
Provide regular updates and reports on debt recovery performance to the finance manager and senior management.
Assisting with the processing of our contractors payments.
Support other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned by the finance manager.
Requirements:
Full Drivers License (Desired)
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Google applications.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to be a team player.
High level of customer service.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
