Finance Administrator

Job Description

Quorum is one of the largest Microsoft Gold Partners in Scotland and a Microsoft Direct Cloud Solutions Provider. We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator/Operations Executive to join our existing Operations team to provide maternity leave cover for a period of 12 months.

This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team and wider business units across the company. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. We are currently working a hybrid model where you would be expected to be in our head office in Edinburgh once a week.

The role:



Preparing invoices Issuing purchase orders Processing internal staff timesheets and expenses Updating internal systems Preparing information for internal reporting Purchasing Reviewing and preparing payments Dealing with any customer, supplier and internal queries via telephone and email
As part of the wider Operations team, you will also help out with the team with general admin support activities such as:

Reception duties Assisting with arranging travel and accommodation when required Pre-employment screening

What we are looking for:



Someone with a proven track record working within a similar role with basic bookkeeping or experience working within a finance team Experience drafting sales invoices for issue to clients Credit control experience Ability to perform bank reconciliations Advanced MS Excel skills First rate communication skills Xero experience would be beneficial

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
