Brown Brothers in Kirkconnel are currently looking for a Finance Admin. The hours of work are 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday. The salary will be dependant on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Role Purpose:

Raw meat intake recording, sales invoicing, credit notes, purchase invoice processing. General finance and admin support

Key Accountabilities:

Raise supplementary invoices and credit notes as requested by the credit control team

Raise sundry invoices e.g. samples and fixed asset sales

Recording raw meat intakes

Investigating variance on any meat invoices against intakes

Preparing & processing monthly recharges to other Group divisions

Collate all month end stock sheets from different departments

Reconcile supplier statements

Sage stock month end update and close down

Calculate raw meat goods received not invoiced for month end

Record and analyse all credit card transactions/Amazon invoices

Maintain & reconcile dry goods GRNI spreadsheet

Investigate variances on any dry goods invoices against intakes

Cover for petty cash

Record and analyse expenditure for corporation tax purposes

Processing of purchase invoices

Scanning & filing of purchase invoices

Any other tasks required by the Business

Skills & Abilities

Strong and proven organisational and planning skills

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-moving business environment

Good communication skills

Proactive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 24,570.00 per year
