On behalf of The Department for Transport, we are looking for a Finance Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 6 months contract based in Leeds 3 days per week.

As a Finance Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
Extract and analyse financial data to produce accurate reports and support issue resolution.
Investigate outstanding invoices by liaising with internal stakeholders for timely payment.
Respond to queries from system users and Shared Services, ensuring compliance with process standards.
Operate within strict deadlines to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
Provide flexible support across the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team to maintain service continuity.
Promote self-service by directing customers to process documentation and guidance materials.
