The Role



We are seeking a detail-orientated Finance Administrator to join our team at our headoffice in Ballynure, Co Antrim. In this role you will support our finance team by managing the purchase order system and general day-to-day admin within the department.

The role will initially be on a 6 month fixed term contract but there may be an opportunity for extension.

Responsibilities



General Admin Duties:



telephonist/receptionist role query handling incoming and outgoing mail

Purchase Orders:



PO generation PO reconciliation with supplier invoices

Travel



flights/hotels/travel bookings

RGM Fleet



booking of maintenance and repairs for company vehicles and upkeep of vehicle log MOT bookings

Ad hoc



Stationery/office supplies ordering annual file set-up at financial year end / file archiving other ad hoc tasks as required

Essential Requirements for the Role:



experience within a similar role competent using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Desirable Requirements for the Role:



a qualification in a business related discipline experience with SAGE accounts or similar software

attention to detail and a 'right first time' approach good organisational skills and ability to plan workload effectively excellent team player, able to develop good relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
This is a full-time position with working hours as follows: 40 hrs pw /Mon - Thurs 8am to 5pm (half hour lunch), Fri 8am to 2pm.
