We are seeking a

proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator

to join our support team and play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments (Accounts Payable) Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and allocate incoming payments (Accounts Receivable) Manage intercompany transfers and monitor outstanding debts Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with payroll bureau Manage financial records for clinic overheads, including utilities, business rates, and services Support monthly management accounts, VAT returns, and ad hoc financial reporting

Requirements

Essential:

Fluent in

Xero accounting software

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

(formulas, data sorting, reconciliations) Solid understanding of

AP/AR processes and general bookkeeping

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Highly organised and able to manage workload independently

Desirable:

Experience with

Bankline

or similar online banking platforms Experience in healthcare or multi-site business environments

Personal Attributes

Self-motivated, reliable, and discreet when handling sensitive financial data Strong communicator, confident liaising with directors, suppliers, and internal teams Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
