Are you an organised and dependable administrator with a strong understanding of finance processes? We are looking for a Finance Administrator to support Older People Services, playing a key role in keeping financial and administrative activity running smoothly and accurately.


This is a varied role offering autonomy, responsibility and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to services supporting older people.

What you will be doing

Managing day to day financial administration, including invoices, petty cash and reconciliations Recording income and expenditure and supporting accurate budget monitoring Supporting HR and expense processes within agreed deadlines Maintaining accurate financial, staff and service user records Providing administrative and reception support Organising meetings, preparing documents and managing correspondence Liaising with colleagues, service users and external agencies

What you will bring

You will bring experience working with financial information and systems, confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines, and you will communicate in a professional and approachable way. You will also demonstrate respect for Christian worship and hold PVG membership or be willing to undertake the necessary checks.

You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
