Our International Finance Manager is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their friendly and high performing International Finance Team. You will be based from our offices in Oldbury.

As a Finance Administrator you will support the general administration duties for the department with a key focus on processing invoices and dealing with query resolutions from DPD UK Suppliers. Other key responsibilities of this role include;
  • To support with invoice processing for International department
  • Recording of group fine information for further analysis
  • Support in recharging UK customers for Customs duties and any other miscellaneous charges arising from International operations
  • Support in invoice query resolution with DPD UK suppliers
  • Assist in monthly supplier statement reconciliation\'s and group payments
  • Assist with billing process for International Mail service
  • Support with Monthly Inter company reconciliation\'s between DPD Group Business Units
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks and general admin within the International team
Qualifications

About You

As the successful candidate you will be able to evidence that you have finished university with a minimum 2:1 classification in any degree discipline. You will also evidence strong administration skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail. Your strong organisational skills, excellent time management and decision making skills will be fully utilised in this role.

Alongside these you will need to;
  • Have excellent computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • The ability to work independently and effectively at pace
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong numeric skills
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative and within a small team
  • Have a positive attitude, flexible approach and a passion to learn
