Job Title: Finance Administrator CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join the team located in Swansea. Role Summary

  • Assist in driving Financial and Contract Governance across the Account to ensure accurate, timely and consistent reporting.
  • Participate in reviews and manage agreed Finance actions.
  • Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
  • Have thorough knowledge of procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard.
  • Ownership \xe2\x80\x93 review, validate and challenge operations team to manage efficient processing of payments.
  • Debt report - ownership of debt management
  • Business Review - production of pack
  • Monthly reconciliation - ensure all costs charged.
  • Drive Corporate profitability.
  • Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders
