Are you organised and looking for a new opportunity in the world of recycling?

We are looking to recruit an experienced Office and Finance Administrator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running and add value to the Company. No day will be the same in this growing role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Accounts



The successful candidate will need to have a competent background in Finance and will need to hit the ground running in this area.



Preparing monthly stocktake sheets for the site Processing stocktake information onto spreadsheets Printing off remittances Printing off purchase ledger invoices Entering invoices onto the stock control sheets Matching delivery notes and purchase orders to invoices Raising manual sales invoices and credit notes Ledger reconciliation

General Office Administration



Photocopying, faxing and filing any company documents Answer phone and forwarding all messages Providing support to reception during busy periods Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Working closely with all functions - Finance, Human Resources, Front Office Checking, stocktaking (weekly) and advise if any stationery is required Topping up printers and photocopiers throughout the day In conjunction with HR maintain stock levels off PPE

Reception Cover (as required)



Answering the phone and forwarding messages Greeting clients and advising staff of their arrival Arrange tea and coffee for meetings if required Checking meeting room is tidy after use
Any other adhoc work which may be required.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE



Confident with Microsoft Office packages Previous/current experience of administration and finance (3 to 5 years) Polite telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workloads effectively Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff. Competent in taking and forwarding messages accurately and promptly.
