Apple is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Apple Music team, supporting our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is essential to finance operations and has many opportunities to provide insightful financial information and input to key partners across the Company.




Description





The Finance Analyst will bring strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to find solutions in a fast-paced, often unpredictable environment. You'll take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes for key departments, including Platoon and Shazam. In addition, you'll be responsible for resolving Accounts Receivable (AR) queries related to DSPs and ad hoc revenue agreements, while also working closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure accurate invoice coding and timely approvals.




Minimum Qualifications



ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance partners Highly proficient in Excel, with experience in handling and analysing large data sets


Preferred Qualifications



Strong working knowledge of transactional accounting, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Experience with Keynote and accounting software such as SAP Background in the music industry or a related creative sector Develop, optimise, and standardise FP&A processes, including through the coordination of automation opportunities and the sharing of standard methodologies At Apple, we're not all the same.
